Wheat Selection

Keeping in mind the Quality Conscience, we always buy Wheat from all parts of India irrespective of their rates. Before we unload the Wheat, we take samples on random basis and thoroughly check its purity.

Cleaning

The Wheat so tested is subject to thorough cleaning by using modern machines so that the sticky dirty particles will be removed and only the pure wheat will be sent for Grinding.

Lab Testing

While the grinding process is underway, a chunk of ATTA will be taken out at every one hour for Lab testing to maintain the equilibrium of quality. The Lab testing will be done by a highly qualified and trained Lab Technician in such a way that the protein, vitamins and other nutrition would remain in high esteem forever.

Grinding

After cleaning process, the Wheat will be sent for Grinding purpose. The grinding machine would function at a pace in order to keep the protein, vitamins and other nutrition in tact.

Packing

The finished product of ATTA is being packed in a compact package so that the odour, colour and moisture of the Atta are preserved for a longer period.

Final Product

When the final stage comes, all ATTA is subject to severe processing, thereby the protein, vitamins and other nutrition would remain in high esteem forever.
